Monroe High School softball pitcher Jordan Eastham signed on Monday to play for Lindsey Wilson College in Campbellsville, KY.
Jordan hold three Monroe records: strikeouts per inning - .850; ERA - .128; walks per inning - .190.
LWC Softball Coach Tom Opdenbrouw said that he had been tipped off to Jordan's talents by several other coaches. She was invited to work with the college team and then offered a scholarship to play.
Jordan has not yet decided on a major for college, but is leaning toward pre-med or teaching.
