Sport Physicals Available at School

Sport physicals will be given by the Monroe athletic training department. The physicals will take place on July 24th with the boys beginning at 6pm and the girls following at 7:15pm. The physcial forms are to be completed and signed by the student and parent prior to the examination. Cost for the exam is $10.00. The state requires these forms to be complete before any athlete can participate in any given sport. If you have any questions, please contact the Monroe Jr/Sr athletic department at 539-8471.
