La Comedia dinner theater has started its 2012 season with “A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline”. Patsy Cline is one of the classis and most famous country music stars of all time. In “ A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline” the role of Patsy Cline is played by Leslie Jo Bisset. Leslie has played the role of Patsy Cline multiple times and she doesn’t disappoint the audience with her portrayal of Patsy Cline.
The musical starts early in Patsy’s career and starts with Kelsey Hood playing the role of the “young Patsy Cline”. She also plays the role very well and sings the music of Patsy very well. Soon the older Patsy Cline takes over the stage and Leslie Bisset plays the role so well that you thought she was actually Patsy Cline. In the musical Patsy faces her challenges as anyone does in their musical careers. Many of the Patsy’s most famous songs are sung such as “Walkin after Midnight”, “Your Cheating Heart”, “I Fall to Pieces” “Sweet Dreams and her most famous hit of all time “Crazy”.
