The Monroe Lending Library celebrated its fifth anniversary on November 14th and 15th with an art show featuring local artists from high school to adult. The Lending Library is operated through donations and memberships with an all-volunteer staff. In addition to lending books, the library hosts events for children monthly, a book review club and a needlecraft group.
